Ray Pratt

  • Raymond is the sole owner and Director of DICE Australia. Ray has over 25 years’ experience in the electrical, renewable energy and construction sectors, with 20 of those years’ successfully owning and operating businesses.

    As a proud Indigenous man, with a background in diligently servicing remote and rural areas, he has a passion for making a positive difference for the wider Indigenous community.

    This passion coupled with ambition and dedication has allowed him to create opportunities for over 70 staff and growing.

    His impressive track record of business performance, hands-on approach, and clear vision for the future makes him the perfect leader for Dice Renascent.

    Ray has been invited to share this vision and experience with several Government and Industry boards across several sectors.

Andrew Juda

  • Andrew has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry across a range of executive leadership, business management and project delivery roles.  

    His extensive project portfolio includes commercial, residential, government and new build works within metropolitan, regional and remote locations.

    From small projects to large redevelopments, Andrew is committed to delivering excellence in end-to-end project delivery, strong cost management, and superior stakeholder relations.

    At Renascent he has been appointed to several executive roles including General Manager for the Melbourne and Regional offices, Group Operations Manager and most recently as Chief Operating Officer.

    As Chief Operations Officer of Dice Renascent, Andrew is proud to have the opportunity to help grow a company so rich in purpose and strong in capability.

    He values clear and consistent communication, making sure all stakeholders are consulted throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Edward Smart brings over 25 years of experience in construction and project management, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, culturally responsive delivery, and community-led outcomes.

    A proud Yuin / Dunghutti man, Ed is passionate about creating lasting opportunities for Indigenous people across the construction sector.

    His approach is grounded in respect for Country, culture, and community, and he thrives on building genuine relationships that drive meaningful change. Ed is excited to contribute to Dice Renascent’s commitment to Indigenous empowerment, social impact, and inclusive project delivery.

Pepe Ianniello

  • Pepe Ianniello is a highly experienced client engagement and account management professional with over 20 years of experience across the construction industry. 

    At Dice Renascent, he plays a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all phases of project delivery.

    Pepe is known for his approachable style, strategic thinking, and ability to anticipate client needs while keeping projects on track and outcomes in focus. He brings a deep understanding of stakeholder management and has worked extensively with Indigenous businesses, supporting Dice Renascent’s commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and lasting impact.

    With a strong focus on trust and transparency, Pepe ensures every client experience is positive, proactive, and tailored to long-term success.

Michael Edwards

  • Michael has 18 years of experience in the construction industry with 14 of those years specialising in the fitout and refurbishment sector in site management, administration and project management roles.

    During the past 10 years as a Project Manager, Michael has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects including office fitouts and refurbishments for private and government sectors as well as health, hospitality and broadcasting facilities. Together with his enthusiasm and professionalism, Michael is committed to positive outcome of all his projects no matter how big or small. This is manifested by the volume of clients returning to Michael to cater for their construction needs.

    By offering valuable front-end advice, solid construction and buildability intellect and a collaborative team approach to projects, Michael delivers projects on time, on budget and with a high level of service. Qualification

Tiffany Gleeson

  • Tiffany is the Bid Manager for Dice Renascent, bringing a highly structured, detail-driven approach to complex government and commercial submissions. With extensive experience across Defence, ACT and NSW Government, and large private-sector tenders, Tiffany specialises in translating technical, operational and compliance-heavy information into clear, compelling and client-focused bid responses.

    Working closely with project teams, estimators and senior leadership, she leads end-to-end bid coordination — from strategy and positioning through to document production and submission — ensuring all responses are compliant, well-evidenced and aligned with client expectations. Tiffany has a strong understanding of procurement frameworks, evaluation criteria and risk management requirements, and is particularly skilled at presenting whole-of-life value, program compliance and delivery capability.
