Big news for Port Kembla

We’re proud to announce the commencement of Dice Renascent’s largest project in New South Wales; the design and construction of a major new purpose built industrial facility for Alsco with our project partner Accelerate in Port Kembla.

This milestone project, set on a 14,000m² site, and includes the delivery of a 7,000m² state-of-the-art industrial warehouse constructed on a suspended slab. This project reflects our commitment to excellence in industrial construction and our continued growth across NSW.

The significance of this development was marked from the very beginning, with a cultural ceremony that grounded the occasion in respect and connection.

The event began with a smoking ceremony led by Uncle Gerald Brown from Gawura Aboriginal Corporation, honouring Indigenous culture and setting a respectful tone for the journey ahead. The hand-painted ceremonial shovels by local Indigenous artist Saltwater Dreamtime represents journey and connection, a powerful symbol of unity and collaboration across communities.

We’re proud to be building for the future; Grounded in Culture, Growing Together
