Heritage Meets Innovation: Dice Renascent Advances Staged Demolition at Perth's Future Health Innovation Hub

Staged demolition works continue at the Health Innovation Hub in Perth, where our team is carefully preserving the character of this heritage-listed building while preparing for the next phase of construction.

We were proud to host Minister Stephen Dawson and Minister John Carey MLA on site recently, as part of the State Government’s commitment to this landmark initiative. The Hub will become a central space for collaboration, research, and development, linking to key precincts across WA’s health and medical research ecosystem.

Just weeks earlier our Executive Team Raymond Pratt (Managing Director) and Andrew Juda (COO) visited the site, reinforcing Dice Renascent’s commitment to delivering projects that honour the past while building for the future.

Working on a project of such historical and future significance brings a deep sense of pride. We look forward to seeing this space evolve over the coming months.
