Dice Renascent was engaged to deliver a new Direct to Boot service for the existing Woolworths at Beenleigh Marketplace, part of the retailer’s national upgrade program aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Operating in a live trading environment, the project required careful planning and sequencing to ensure zero disruption to store operations. Dice Renascent collaborated with pre-approved Woolworths subcontractors and aligned with the client’s strict design and operational standards to ensure consistency with national rollout benchmarks.

Our focus was on programme adherence, clear stakeholder communication, and maintaining safety and accessibility throughout the build.

The project was delivered on time and to a high standard, meeting all programme and quality objectives. The result has led to repeat engagement with Woolworths on subsequent Direct to Boot and in-store upgrade projects.
